Swimming Pool, Tanning Shelf, Spa, Fire Bowls & Patio

This custom pool project combines a 20′ x 42′ rectangular swimming pool with an integrated tanning shelf, raised spa and dramatic water-and-fire features. Two matching fire bowls sit above illuminated, color-changing waterfalls, creating a strong focal point that can be controlled from a smartphone.

Rhine also regraded the backyard and installed a complete drainage system so the pool, patio and retaining-wall elements work properly with the surrounding site. PA Bluestone and other coordinated finishes help tie the project together. The result is a highly customized outdoor living space representative of Rhine’s pool and hardscape work throughout Howard County and nearby Maryland communities.
