Phase-II of a two-part project, this second build added to the original walking path, patio, and kitchen, with a swimming pool and extended pool deck and hardscape patio area.

It was important for the family to have an open entertaining space, and the pool deck suits this perfectly.  A few steps down from the outdoor kitchen, there is plenty of space for seating, playing, and entertaining.  With the new swimming pool, featuring smartphone-controlled waterfalls, everyone can jump in and swim, or play basketball with the incorporated net system.

Landscaping, drainage, and site restoration was also provided.
