This Howard County project shows how a larger landscape renovation can bring grading, drainage, patio construction, outdoor cooking, retaining walls and planting together as one coordinated plan.
Our Project Manager, Jackie, has worked closely with these homeowners, designing both a front and backyard renovation.
In the back of the home, we will be doing a regrade of the lawn as well as an underground drainage system. Proper water management is so important at extending the life of a landscaping and construction project, but also the integrity of the foundation and lawn. Learn more at www.rhinewatermanagement.com
The Raised Patio will be built with pressure-treated lumber and CertainTeed Landmark Lifetime Shingles atop the roof. This outdoor living space will be great for enjoying the outdoors throughout the year with family and friends.
An Outdoor Grilling Station will be built for the new kitchen area, and, a retaining wall and columns will bring it all together beautifully once complete. We often use Nicolock Colonial Wall blocks for their structural integrity and aesthetics and they are a great addition to this new build.
A Nicolock Serafina round Fire Pit is also being installed in the backyard to add to the outdoor entertainment. This is great for the cool summer nights, but really, for just about any time of the year.
A beautiful Paver Patio and Courtyard, and extensive landscaping throughout the property will also be installed and built.
