This multi-area project improved both the front and rear of the property with coordinated hardscape, grading and landscape construction. At the front of the home, Rhine created a custom walkway and rounded courtyard that adds usable space while a retaining wall helps secure and define the grade.

In the backyard, a raised deck and hardscape patio create new outdoor living areas, while regrading made it possible to build a multi-level retaining wall system and connecting steps. Together, the front and rear improvements show how Rhine can solve structural site challenges while creating attractive, functional spaces for homeowners throughout Howard County and surrounding Maryland communities.
