Hello & Welcome to Rhine!  We are leaders in our area and we are looking to add a new Landscape Supervisor / Project Manager to our Team.  We design and build residential outdoor projects from the basic to some of the most amazing backyard resorts around.

Requirements:

– 4-5 Years Experience in Residential Landscaping

– Clean Drivers License.

– Leadership is a requirement as you will manage multiple teams.

– Ability to teach, encourage, and motivate your teams.

– Bilingual is a significant benefit.

Job Description:

– You will plan out the sold jobs, order materials, make a plan & execute it.

– Lay-out jobs, read plans, know your plants & hard goods.

– Teach / help educate those under your supervision.

– Have the ability to spot problems and be a problem solver.

– Practice & teach safety to your teams and look to be safe above all.

Here at Rhine we currently have a Landscape Manager that has been with us for over 6 years & a Construction Manager that has been here even longer.  We are expanding, hence the immediate need for this open position.  Some of our Hispanic crew leaders have been with us for 15-20 years and they know their jobs very well but still need help with every job.

Rhine is located on a 141 acre farm in Western Howard County and have been in business over 20 years, specialize in high end residential maintenance & construction as well as amazing pools we build in-house.
