Designed for homeowners in the Marriottsville area, this backyard project brings together several outdoor-living elements in one compact, highly usable space. A raised composite deck creates an elevated entertaining zone, while the hardscape patio below adds a sheltered area for dining, gathering, and relaxing.

The project also includes a stone fire pit with a curved seat wall, custom retractable roof features, and a koi pond with a waterfall and viewing window. Together, the deck, patio, fire feature, water feature, and landscaping create a layered backyard that works throughout the seasons.
